A well-established company in the construction materials industry is seeking a Technical Sales Representative to drive regional sales, develop client relationships, and support product specifications within the construction sector.
Duties :
Achieve regional and personal sales revenue targets.
Develop new business and maintain strong relationships with contractors, architects, engineers, and clients. Support product specifications, presentations, and technical discussions with stakeholders.
Promote solutions within the contractor market while aligning with end-user and project requirements.
Manage and update CRM, project pipeline, and sales reports.
Ensure follow-through from specification to confirmed orders.
Provide product training and technical support to clients where required.
Monitor market opportunities and maintain accurate forecasting and project information.
Maintain professional client engagement and adhere to company reporting and ethical standards.
Requirements:
Proven experience in technical sales within construction products or building materials.
Strong relationship-building skills within the construction industry.
Qualification in Civil Engineering or Chemical Engineering
Ability to manage projects, sales pipelines, and client engagements effectively
